Publishes a form with fields you define, and stores every submission for review — a flexible intake for whatever your community sends in. You now have the information in Village CMS.
Use it when:
- gathering stories, applications, nominations, or entries from the public.

- Copy (Heading, Description, Success and Login messages);
- Fields (a custom Form Fields builder for exactly the inputs you need).
Tips
- keep required fields to a minimum — every extra field costs submissions;
- write a warm success message.
